>> There is no written test for admission.
>> Admission to the next upper classes the student has to qualify a written test.
>> Admission and registration fee is not refundable.

A student is enrolled in the school for at least one academic year. In case of withdrawal, the parent/guardian is advised to intimate the decision of withdrawal of his/her ward to the school in writing one month in advance.
A student can be expelled from the school if he/she is found to be a bad conduct, disciplinary action and repeated detention in the same class.
There is no age restriction for admission to Class XI provided the concerned child is seeking admission in the year of passing the Class X examination.
General Conditions
A student seeking admission to any class will be eligible for admission to that class only if she: -
(i) Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making her eligible for admission to that class;
(ii) Satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum and maximum) as determined by the State Government and Central Government
(iii) Produces: -
>> The School Leaving Certificate/transfer certificate signed by the Head of the School last attended and countersigned;
>> Document in support of her having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination.
Admission to Class XI
Admission to class XI in a school shall be open only to such a student who has:
>> Obtained minimum Grade D in at least five subjects of external examination (excluding the 6th additional subject) as per the Scheme of Studies and a Qualifying Certificate/ Grade Sheet cum Certificate of Performance at the Secondary School (Class X) Examination conducted by this Board/ School affiliated to this Board.
>> Has passed an equivalent examination conducted by any other recognised Board of Secondary Education/Indian University and recognised by this Board as equivalent to its secondary school examination.

1. Fee for any month must be paid strictly by the 15th of the month, failing of which, late fee of Rs. 5/- per day will be imposed for each month , and that to be paid on next month.
2. Fee must always be paid for the current month within the above mentioned date.
3. No deduction is made for the absence of children during holidays or for broken periods.
4. This book duly completed must be presented at the time of payment.
5. A Fine Rs. 50/- will charged, if the fee book is lost, for issuing a New Fee Book.
6. Exact fee will be received from 1st to 15th of each month only. [Banking Time: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. & NEFT Timing: 1st to 15th of every month. Last Time of Last date: Upto 3p.m.]
7. Fees of the month of March should be deposited along with the fees of the month of February every year. Fees must be cleared on or before 20th February, of the Academic Session.
8. PUPILS WHOSE FEES ARE IN ARREARS FOR THE MORE THAN THREE MONTHS WILL HAVE THEIR NAMES STRUCK OFF ROLLS AND MAY BE RE-ADMITED ON PAYMENT OF ARREARS AND RE-ADMISSION CHARGES.
9. For Online Payment transaction details to be produce at the office counter on or before 20th of each month.
• All students should converse only in English inside the school premises, to develop their fluency in the English language.
• Students/parents/guardians will be bound by the rules and regulations in all respects which may be modified from time to time and all matters of dispute are subjected to the final decision of the Principal/Chairman.
• Students should be decent, courteous and polite at all times whether they are in the class or in the school premises.
• Students should be orderly and disciplined at the time of assembling for prayer and also at other functions.
• Students should respect the beauty and cleanliness of the school and take utmost care to promote the same.
• Students should address their teachers and all the members of the staff with due respect and politeness. They are expected to behave in a gentle manner. They should show respect and politeness to their companions too.
• Students are responsible for their belongings and the school cannot be held responsible for their jewelry, books, money etc lost by them while every effort is made by the school management to reduce the loss of such articles.
• Scribbling on books, desks and walls is strictly prohibited and liable to fines.
• Running or playing in the school compound and shouting inside the classes are not allowed.
• Students are prohibited to go out of school premises during school hours and lunch hour without the permission of the principal.
• Any damage done to school property should be replaced by the pupil concerned.
• Disobedience and misbehavior towards staff members or repeated breaking of school rules or behavior objectionable to the good tone of the school, even outside the school premises will deserve severe punishment or even dismissal if warnings are ignored.
• No TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OR LEAVING CERTIFICATE will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full, with a written application from parent or guardian.
• The minimum attendance of the student must be 75% for appearing in the final examination.
• Fees are to be paid in advance by the 15th of each month failing which a fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be levied for each of the days till the fees are paid.
